Be prepared for fun. Warm is more fun than cold. Dry is more fun than wet. Sated is more fun than hungry and thirsty. Bring what you need to stay warm, dry and sated!

 

What you should bring to practice:

  • Positive attitude

  • Cleats & socks

  • Disc

  • White and dark shirt

  • Water

  • Layered, weather appropriate clothing

  • Extra layer for warm & dry while standing around

  • Personal gear: Braces, wraps, inhalers, etc.

  • White and Purple Uniform

  • Black Shorts

  • Water

  • Layered, weather appropriate clothing

  • Extra layer for warm & dry while standing around

  • Personal gear: Braces, wraps, inhalers, etc.

 

What to bring to a day-long event:

  • Disc

  • White and Purple Uniform

  • Black Shorts

  • Water AND Food (Energy bars, dense bread, PB&J sandwich)

  • Layered, weather appropriate clothing with a spare or two

  • Hand Towel

  • Extra layer for warm & dry while standing around

  • Personal gear: Braces, wraps, inhalers

  • Personal first aid kit that includes athletic tape and a zip lock bag

  • Extra uniforms, socks, and layers

  • Sun screen and a hat with a visor
